Trade
Wholesale, and agency.
The commercial side of the company: goods bought and sold in bulk, and instructions carried out for a principal who remains the party to the bargain.
Wholesale
Commerce in quantity.
Wholesale trade is the purchase and sale of goods for onward supply — not retail to the public. A typical file starts with specification, origin, quantity, and the price basis (FOB, CIF, DAP, or another term already agreed or still to be agreed).
Documents follow the goods: commercial invoice, packing list, transport document, and any certificate a destination requires. We do not publish a product catalogue. If you have a requirement, send it.
Agency
A mandate, not a marketplace.
Agency services mean acting for a named principal — in sourcing, in sale, or in both — inside the authority that principal has given. The principal remains the buyer or the seller unless the appointment says otherwise.
That distinction matters. It decides who takes title, who is named on the invoice, and who carries the credit risk. We will not collapse it into a slogan.
We do not display a roster of principals or “brand partners”. Appointments are confidential unless a principal asks to be named.
International trade
The file has to travel.
Cross-border wholesale is not only a price. It is origin, destination, mode, Incoterm, currency, inspection if required, and the bank documents if a letter of credit is in play.
Torvelis sits on that file with the logistics side of the same company, so carriage is arranged against the same terms as the sale — not against a separate, later conversation.
